Today we are introducing Donna, the AI assistant that works inside both Driventra products. In DaAFYA she helps patients on WhatsApp. In DaZARIA she helps sales, marketing and service teams find answers in their customer data.
Donna for patients
Patients already message their hospital on WhatsApp. Donna answers those messages at any hour and handles the routine requests that fill a front desk’s phone lines:
- Finding a doctor by speciality, or the earliest free slot across several doctors
- Booking, moving and cancelling OPD appointments, with the patient confirming first
- Telling patients which reports are ready and sending them, with consent
- Sending payment links for unpaid bills, only after the patient agrees
She speaks English, Hindi, Hinglish, Urdu and Kannada, and replies in the language each patient writes in. Donna on WhatsApp is live for DaAFYA hospitals today.
Donna for teams
In DaZARIA, teams ask Donna questions in plain language about their leads, deals, notes and calls, and about the documents they upload. Each answer shows the sources it came from. Donna also drafts introductions and follow-up messages in the tone a team chooses.
The same rule in both products
Donna works only from the data she is allowed to see, and she asks before she acts. Patients confirm every booking. Teams approve every change that AI proposes to their records. We explain the safeguards in more detail in why Donna never gives medical advice.
