Privacy Policy

Driventra Technologies (“Driventra”, “we”, “us”) builds and runs business software, including DaZARIA (CRM) and DaAFYA (hospital management), and this website. This policy explains how we handle personal information across our websites, products and support (the “Services”), whichever products a customer subscribes to.

1. Who is responsible for your data

  • Our own data. For our websites, sales, support, billing and customer accounts, Driventra decides how personal information is used.
  • Our customers’ data. Businesses and hospitals that use our Services control the data they put into them, for example a company’s CRM contacts and leads, or a hospital’s patient records and appointments. We process it only to provide the Services and on their instructions. If you are a customer’s contact or patient, please contact that business or hospital first; we help them respond.

2. What we collect

  • Account details: name, email, phone, company, role, and sign-in and security information.
  • Billing: subscription and payment records. Card details are handled by our payment providers, not stored by us.
  • Usage and device data: logs, IP address, browser and device details, cookies and website analytics.
  • Customer data: whatever our customers store in the Services, such as contacts, deals, documents, appointments, bills or medical records.
  • Messages: when a customer connects WhatsApp, email or SMS, the messages sent and received through it.

3. How we use it

To provide, secure and support the Services; to bill subscriptions; to tell you about service, security and account matters; to improve our products, using aggregated or de-identified information where we can; and to meet our legal obligations. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use our customers’ data for advertising.

4. Messaging and AI features

Customers can connect messaging channels such as WhatsApp Business and turn on AI features, for example Donna, an automated assistant that answers customers’ and patients’ messages, books appointments and drafts content. These features are off until the customer switches them on.

  • When they are on, the text needed for a request is sent to the AI provider the customer has chosen, under terms that do not let the provider train its models on it.
  • Conversations are stored for the customer, so its staff can review them and take over at any time.
  • Automated assistants say that they are automated, and they do not give medical advice.

5. Who we share it with

Service providers that help us run the Services: hosting, email, SMS and WhatsApp (Meta), payments, analytics and AI providers, each under contract and only for that purpose. We also share information when the law requires it, to protect people or the Services, as part of a merger or sale of the business, or with your consent.

6. Security

We use encryption in transit, encrypted storage of credentials and keys, access controls and audit logs. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and will tell affected customers about a breach as the law requires.

7. How long we keep it

Account and billing information for as long as the account is open and then as long as the law requires. Customer data for as long as the customer instructs; at the end of a subscription we return or delete it as agreed. Backups expire on a fixed schedule.

8. Where it is stored

On cloud servers that may be outside your country. Where the law requires, we use appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, including under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act and the EU GDPR, you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, object to or restrict its use, receive a copy, or withdraw consent. To make a request, including to delete your data, email privacy@driventra.com from the address on your account. Requests about a customer’s data (for example a patient record) are passed to that customer.

10. Cookies

Our websites use cookies and analytics to work properly and to understand how they are used. You can manage cookies in your browser.

11. Children

Our Services are not directed at children. Customers such as hospitals may keep records of minors under their own legal basis.

12. Changes

We may update this policy. Changes are posted here with a new effective date, and we tell customers about significant changes.
